What we do with your details.

What we collect. When you send the quote form we get what you typed: your name, phone number, town, what the land needs, and anything else you chose to add. Email is optional. If you text us photos, we keep them with your enquiry.

What we use it for. Quoting your job, calling you back, and doing the work. If you take up an Estate Care plan or a Fire-Ready Package, we keep your details so we can send the seasonal reminder we promised.

What we never do. We don't sell your details, share them with marketers, or add you to any list you didn't ask for. There is no newsletter to unsubscribe from because we haven't got one.

Analytics. This site can run Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful (events like calls tapped and forms sent). It's aggregate and doesn't tell us who you are. If analytics isn't configured, nothing is tracked at all.

Form delivery. The quote form is delivered by a third-party form service to our email. Your submission passes through that service on its way to us.

Photos of your property. Our documentation photos of your land are part of the job record. We only publish them on this site, with your town and no street address, if you say yes first. No is a complete answer and doesn't change the price.
