From a line on your rates notice to a line in your income.
That fire-hazard paddock could be earning. We clear the risk, renovate the ground, and turn neglected land into productive pasture or hay. Instead of a cost, it starts paying its way.
The paddock's a worry every summer and a reproach every winter. We clear it, cut it, bring it into compliance with your council's Fire Prevention Notice, and hand you the dated photo record. The liability is gone, and the land is ready for whatever you want next, even if that's nothing.
The zero-cost model. We regenerate and farm it, you earn.
If you'd rather not spend a cent, there's another way. Under a lease or share-farm arrangement, we regenerate the paddock at our cost and farm it, for hay or grazing, and you take a share of what it produces or a straight lease payment. Plain-words terms agreed up front, in writing, before a machine starts.
Cleared, cut, sprayed where it counts. The fire load drops and the notice stops arriving. Photographed on day one.

Season two: renovated
Soil ripped and corrected, pasture direct-drilled in the autumn window. The ground starts working again.
3
Season three: earning
Grazing or hay off ground that was a liability two years earlier. Same spot, same frame, and the photos show the whole story.
Fair questions.
If you'd rather not spend, we can regenerate the land and farm it, and you earn from ground that used to cost you. Either a straight lease payment or a share of production. Terms are agreed up front in plain words, in writing.
One season to make it safe and tidy. Two to three seasons for renovated pasture to hit its stride. We document the change the whole way.
No. That's the point. We read the land, propose the plan, and you decide the level of involvement.
